Days Seven and Eight of Juicing!

Well it is the evening of day eight as I write this so there is a little to catch up on. On Sunday I woke up to a 338.2 weight which was nice to see, and then today when I weighed I was at 335.8!!! That is 17 pounds in just 7 days on the plan. I am still in shock at how I am able to stick to this plan with a few modifications. I am still drinking mostly fruit in my juice blends, and have had the occasional miso soup (which is not a juice!) but still only the one day where I messed up and had solids.
There is really not much that happened on Sunday other than I felt like I needed to eat constantly! I had a great date night with my wife and that is where I had some miso broth (no solids.) We went to see “Great Hope Spring,” which was decent, and we lowered the viewing audience age average by 20.
Today I have had three juices and I even went and did my personal training session this morning. I am not sure if it is the lower calories/little protein or what but I was DRAGGING after my 40 minute jog/weight train sessions. I got home and promptly laid down for most of the afternoon. Regardless, it feels good to also be working out and I am going to try to increase the frequency of working out. I think I will have to start doing pre and post workout drinks to keep myself fueled and alert.
Things are still going well and I am moving on to day nine! It is so exciting to weigh in the morning. I am getting nervous about making these blog posts live, but I still plan to do that on day ten. I am not doing as well documenting my pictures as I wanted to. I will try to get better, it is just tough to take them solo. Below is a graph of my weight loss so far:
