I just wanted to do a quick thank you post to the people at Jawbone. I mentioned while I was at the Resort in Utah that I had purchased an Up from Jawbone and was less then thrilled with it’s performance. Well after the lackluster performance of the battery and the device in general the company offered a no questions asked refund for the device. I just received my check from the refund program (just took a couple of weeks) and it is hard to believe! I have not seen a company cover it’s customers in this sort of way without being forced in a long time.
Kudos to the people at Jawbone. I will keep track of the Up and I feel that any company that cares about it’s customer base will eventually get their product right.
