Keep on moving…
Well the cleanse from BluePrint is great, however one must follow it for results no? I went to a halloween gala on Saturday and completely went off the tracks on my cleanse. The day after the fast I also had a lapse for some peanut butter. What is the good news out of all of that? Back on track thanks to some help.
This has been a very difficult week for me with falling off the juicing at the wedding over this past weekend. I know I mentioned that in my last post, but in the subsequent days I have had real difficult getting back on track and have been having more peanut butter with my juices than ever before. I finally weighed myself on Wednesday and I was 311.6. I imagine I was close to 312/313 when I returned from New York, but since I have been eating too much the last few days the weight loss has been minimal at best. On Thursday I was 311, Friday was 311 and as of today I am back down to 309 which is only .4 from where I was before I left. Why the sudden drop at the end of my week? The Blue Print Cleanse. Hard post to write, but have to get it out of the way
Well I was not successful in maintaining my juice/liquid fast in New York. I could have, there was plenty of fresh juice all over the place. In the end I was slightly weak and decided to enjoy all of the new social experiences with food as well. The wedding was beautiful and I loved meeting some great new people. Day twelve of the second fast.
The last several days have gone by quickly and I was able to survive cooking some great meals with little damage to my liquid diet. My father-in-law came up for a visit and it was his new wife’s birthday. She is Filipino so I made chicken adobo and my wife made some cake. I did try a bite of the adobo since I had never had any and I really liked it. I am definitely going to have to make it when I break my fast next time. Another small update
Well days seven, eight and nine have all gone fairly well, but a little annoying. I have hit a plateau/roadblock. It was not an unexpected occurence considering that I dropped 2.6 pounds in one day after having lost 2 more pounds the days before. As of this morning I was 310.6 which is .6 pounds higher then just a few days ago. (Click continue reading for more.)

Quick mini update
Running low on time so I just thought I would check in with some goods news. As of the morning of my 7th day on this liquid fast I am down to 310. That is 3.8 pounds down from before my vacation last week and a total of 42.8 pounds down overall. I am so close to being under 300 I can smell it! (Click Continue Reading for more.)

Getting back on the horse has been hard the last 2 days
As of the morning of the 6th day of my current liquid fast I am having some hitches in my plan. I have been having the occasional spoon of peanut butter. Now if a juicer was powerful enough, peanut butter would be a juice right? Wrong, it is a crutch I have developed and I intend to get off of it. I do have to say however, that my weight loss is moving forward very well. This morning I weighed in at 313.4 which is .4 lower than pre-vacation weight, and lower by about 2lbs from the end of my last fast. (Click Continue Reading for more..)

Another day down
Well starting the juice/liquid fast off has not been too hard so far. I have had some nice berry/grape breakfast juices and spinach/carrot/berry/grape blends for my other meals with some carrot juice soup. As of this morning I am down 6.2 pounds after two days on my new fast. The weight I gained while on vacation seems to be evaporating. (Click continue reading for more…)
